Ted Cruz to Trump: 'You're a sniveling coward, leave Heidi the hell alone.'

Ted Cruz is angry.
The Texas senator, who's trailing Donald Trump in his seemingly unstoppable quest for the Republican nomination, responded angrily on Thursday to the businessman's tweet about Heidi Cruz.
"It's not easy to tick me off. I don't get angry often. But you mess with my wife, you mess with my kids, that'll do it every time," Cruz said to the assembled press. "Donald, you're a sniveling coward, leave Heidi the hell alone."

Asked by a reporter off camera if he'd still support Trump should he be the party's nominee, Cruz deferred. "I'm going to beat him," the senator said with a pause, "for the nomination." Read more...
Dog crashes soccer game and scores the goal to our hearts

Some fans just really, really want to be part of the game.
Some will actually run onto the field and start wagging their tail, like this dog who darted onto the pitch during a Brazilian soccer match in the Paulistão championships. He never got the ball, but he got the glory.
The dog briefly united the players of the Oeste and Capivariano teams, both based in São Paulo state. It was player Alex Santos of Capivariano (article is in Portuguese) who finally calms the dog enough to escort him to an official. Perhaps karmically, his team would go on to win the match 1-0.

Apple jumps into original content with a show about apps

Apple’s first series is about apps — because, of course.
The Cupertino, California-based company's original content slate will kick off with a show about the Apple app economy and culture, Mashable has confirmed.
The tech giant is teaming up with executive producer Ben Silverman (known for The Office), musician Will.i.am and Howard Owens’ Propagate for the show.
The news comes after much speculation that Apple is delving deeper into creating its own content.
Already, Apple has been behind releases such as Taylor Swift’s 1989 World Tour, a docu-series with Vice and exclusive video interviews with big time artists such as Adele. Read more...
Facebook Delivery Insights Will Help Prevent Ad Under-Delivery
Facebook introduced a new way for advertisers to determine which of their ad sets are under-delivering, Delivery Insights.
The social network said in a Facebook for Business post that Delivery Insights will begin rolling out to Ads Manager users worldwide “in a few weeks,” and it will appear in the “delivery” column at the campaign and ad set levels, as well as in a stand-alone tab under “tools.”
Delivery Insights was introduced as follows:
Under-delivery is a sign that an ad could be tweaked to be more effective at winning more auctions. To take some of the guesswork out of creating competitive ads, today we’re also introducing Delivery Insights, a new set of insights available in Ads Manager that tells advertisers how their ads are competing at auction and provides recommendations on how to tweak the ad to make it more competitive.
Delivery Insights identifies under-delivering ad sets, meaning ad sets that are set up to reach more people each day than they are actually reaching. Under-delivery is a sign that the ad could be tweaked to be more effective at winning more auctions, and Delivery Insights explains why the under-delivery is happening and highlights suggestions for specific actions the advertiser can take to make their ad more competitive at auction.
Facebook also provided a detailed look at its auction process in the Facebook for Business post, at the same time announcing a webinar Thursday, March 24, which advertisers can attend by signing up here.
John Hegeman, the social network’s director of engineering for advertising delivery, e-commerce and analytics, said in an email to SocialTimes:
We built our ad system to create as much value as possible for people and businesses. With this in mind, we’re focused on helping marketers better understand how our ads auction works, and how they can improve their results, through an education program we’re launching this week. In the coming months, we’ll also begin introducing new insights in our ads interfaces to help marketers ensure their ads are shown to the people they want to reach.
