Twitter bot tweets your salary to help you fight the pay gap

People keep their salaries a secret for a variety of reasons. For real change to happen, some say, a real discussion has to begin.

According to a 2015 report published by the National Partnership for Families & Women, full-time working women make 78 cents for every dollar a man makes on average in the United States, and the gap becomes even wider for women of color.

A Twitter bot called @talkpayBot is working as a catalyst for discussion on wage inequality by allowing people to anonymously submit any or all of the following criteria to be tweeted out: age, job title, ethnicity, years of professional experience, sexual orientation, and most importantly, rate of pay.
