Greek bailout has to dodge three major obstacles first

Against all odds, Greece appears to be saved. It has a tentative bailout deal that will save the country

Now, like some sort of horrible political video game, it has to run, dodge and defend it over the next three days make sure no bad guys ruin it before it's official

In the early morning hours after an all-night marathon of negotiations and months of horrible smack talk, bleary-eyed heads of state finally agreed to a new bailout deal that would keep Greece in the European Union

That doesn't mean they like each other. The deal has been regarded by analysts and journalists as one of the most aggressive and stringent economic deals ever made within the EU. Eurozone officials, speaking to press anonymously, said Tsipras was like a "beaten dog" and had undergone "extensive mental waterboarding" and been "crucified." Read more...
